THET BEGINNING It's been an exciting journey since we opened our doors in October 2020 as an independent black and woman- owned real estate brokerage located in the Charleston SC, also known as the Lowcountry. We've been serving clients of all backgrounds, helping seniors downsize, growing families upsize, and supporting first-time home buyers in their real estate journey. Our luxury clients have purchased beautiful waterfront properties, homes in golf communities, and even homes with income-generating AirBNB rentals. We've also been there for families during tough times, assisting them with the real estate aspect of probate. We're proud to support single parents in building a legacy for their children and helping investors purchase lands and multifamily properties. We're thankful for the support of our 85+ clients and counting and look forward to helping even more families achieve their real estate goals in the Charleston area in the future. Thank you for being a part of the REHI family! Page| 10

STATESIDE At REHI, we understand the importance of building strong relationships in both business and personal life. That's why we've made it a priority to connect with Realtors across the United States. So far, we've had the pleasure of visiting cities such as Charlotte, North Carolina; Spartanburg and Greenville, South Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee; and Chicago, Illinois. During our travels, we've had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the unique history, growth, hospitality, and tourism of each city. We encourage you to visit these places for yourself and discover all that they have to offer. Additionally, we aim to bring more awareness to black-owned businesses across the globe, and have indicated such businesses with an asterisk (*). We look forward to continuing our travels and building relationships with Realtors in even more cities. DISCOVERING THE WORLD ONE COUNTRY AT A TIME When REHI was founded, we recognized a gap in the international real estate industry for black-owned realtors. Many of our clients were interested in purchasing real estate abroad, but lacked the resources and knowledge to do so. This motivated us to become experts in the field and help our clients navigate this journey. Our commitment to education and growth is demonstrated by Natalie's certification as a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). In just two years, we have established connections with realtors in Ireland, Peru, the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, and Canada. As we continue to expand our network, we are also learning about the cultures and customs of these countries, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. You can learn more about our international travels by checking out our YouTube videos on each of these countries. In April 2022, we had the privilege of hosting 24 students from North Charleston High School and giving them a glimpse into the exciting world of real estate. Our day began with a tour of our co-working space followed by a presentation on what we do and how to pursue a career in real estate. The highlight of the day was a visit to a stunning $2.4 million dollar home on the water at Wando Village. This experience was not only enriching for the students but also for us, as it was a reminder of the limitless possibilities that real estate can offer. We can't wait to repeat this event in 2023! REHI GIVEBACK HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, 2022 Making a Difference Together: At the end of the year, our team came together to make a difference in our community through Habitat for Humanity. We had the privilege of participating in the construction of a home for a deserving family and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. We gained a newfound appreciation for the construction industry and the hardworking individuals in it. Our hands-on involvement included cutting boards for the skirting of the home and caulking to make it more energy-efficient. It was a team effort and we look forward to collaborating with other realtors in the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors in future projects.
