THET BEGINNING It's been an exciting journey since we opened our doors in October 2020 as an independent black and woman- owned real estate brokerage located in the Charleston SC, also known as the Lowcountry. We've been serving clients of all backgrounds, helping seniors downsize, growing families upsize, and supporting first-time home buyers in their real estate journey. Our luxury clients have purchased beautiful waterfront properties, homes in golf communities, and even homes with income-generating AirBNB rentals. We've also been there for families during tough times, assisting them with the real estate aspect of probate.
